Shipping Policy:
All orders are hand-packaged by Debbie herself and delivered by USPS or UPS depending on the buyer's location. Both shipping carriers have a delivery time of approximately 2 to 3 business days (also depending on destination country). Tracking numbers are given to the client as soon as the order has been shipped. Shipping costs can be higher when shipped to destination countries such as Asia, Europe, and Australia due to tariffs/taxes.
Returns Policy:
We do not accept returns. Sales are final. However, we will accept the return of an order if the product(s) have been damaged or the wrong piece(s) were delivered. If this is the case, a shipping label will be sent to you via electronic mail so that the order can be shipped back and, therefore, cancelled or replaced. Processing time for a replacement is usually 3 to 4 business days once the return has been received, but the client will be notified directly of the time period. Repairs Policy:
At Debbie de la Cueva, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and longevity of each piece. We understand that with time and wear, your jewelry may require repair or restoration.
The cost of repairs is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on the extent of the damage and the level of work required to restore each piece to its original condition. Once the piece is assessed, you will receive a detailed estimate before any work begins.
Debbie de la Cueva covers all shipping costs associated with the repair process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients.
